Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. has reached a settlement on behalf of a teenager who was rendered quadriplegic after diving into an above-ground swimming pool. The firm brought suit against the manufacturer and installer of the above-ground swimming pool, claiming they failed to provide adequate warnings about the dangers of diving into the pool. Terms of the settlement are confidential.
