Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. has obtained a $900,000 settlement for a woman who was seriously injured when her vehicle was struck by a school bus in Frankfort, Illinois. The lawsuit alleged that the bus driver left a stop sign and traveled into the path of the woman’s vehicle as she was entering the intersection, causing the collision. The woman sustained a fractured vertebrae in her neck requiring extensive medical treatment and leaving her with permanent pain and restricted mobility in her neck. The case was prosecuted by Joshua L. Weisberg and Melanie J. VanOverloop of Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C.
