Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. has reached a settlement for all of the available insurance, $245,000, for a man injured when his vehicle was rear-ended in York Township, DuPage County, Illinois. The man initially sustained injuries to his neck and back, and developed additional complications over time resulting in extensive medical treatment, pain, suffering and disability. The case was prosecuted by Joshua L. Weisberg and Melanie J. VanOverloop of Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C.
