Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. has reached a $1 million settlement on behalf of the family of a woman who allegedly died due to medical malpractice. The case alleged a physician misdiagnosed the woman’s condition resulting in delayed treatment which was ineffective. The defense had denied the physician was negligent and denied that earlier treatment would have prevented the woman’s death. The case was prosecuted by David E. Rapoport and Joshua L. Weisberg.
