Charles “Chuck” Barnett, III, a professional pilot and seasoned aviation attorney, recently joined Rapoport Weisberg & Sims, P.C. as Of Counsel. Chuck is a former United States Air Force Captain, active commercial aviation pilot, and active aviation attorney. Chuck has been flying airplanes since he was 16 and has flown aircraft as small as single engine propeller up to the supersonic B-1 Lancer heavy bomber and B-52 Stratofortress. He is type-rated on nearly every Boeing commercial aircraft and currently flies the Boeing 737 as a captain for a major international airline.
