Rapoport Weisberg Sims & VanOverloop has reached a $3 million settlement on behalf of a young man who suffered fatal injuries while operating an automobile assembly machine at a Belvidere, Illinois factory. The settlement was funded by several defendants, despite their refusal throughout the course of litigation to admit liability for having caused the accident.
