Attorney David Rapoport has been named the 2017/18 Chair of the Aviation Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA). Mr. Rapoport is honored to have the opportunity to work with the Aviation Law Committee to further its mission to serve as an interactive forum for all attorneys to become conversant and develop expertise in the factors peculiar to successful aviation practice, to stay current in this rapidly changing environment, and offer a varied program of luncheon speakers.
Founded in 1874, The Chicago Bar Association is one of the oldest and most active metropolitan bar associations in the United States. The voluntary membership of 22,000 consists largely of lawyers and judges from Cook County and the state of Illinois.
The Chicago Bar Association sponsors and supports continuing legal education programs covering new developments in all fields of law. The CBA membership is dedicated to increasing the usefulness of the legal profession in promoting the due administration of justice and the public good.
