David Rapoport and Ellie Barczak Present at the ABPLA Continuing Legal Education Program: “Electronic Medical Records: An Update on EMR Discovery and Uses at Trial”

Partner David Rapoport and EMR Discovery’s Ellie Barczak were co-presenters at this morning’s continuing legal education program at the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys’ (ABPLA) Annual Meeting at the Ritz Carlton South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida. Their topic was Cross-Examining Electronic Medical Records: An Update on EMR Discovery and Uses at Trial. The ABPLA is the only national organization accredited by the American Bar Association to issue attorneys board certifications in medical malpractice litigation.
