Last weekend, attorney David Rapoport participated in the annual retreat of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Leaders Forum in San Diego, California. The Leaders Forum membership includes a select group of trial lawyers from across the country who help facilitate AAJ in its efforts to protect the civil justice system by increasing financial resources for public relations, legislative advocacy and public education efforts both on Capitol Hill and in the public opinion. The American Association for Justice is the world’s largest trial bar. Mr. Rapoport, and all the attorneys at Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. proudly support the AAJ’s mission to “promote a fair and effective justice system and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.”
