Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. filed a premises liability case today on behalf of a 54-year-old woman who seriously injured her right arm when she slipped and fell on snow and ice in a parking lot. The lawsuit alleges the parking lot was owned and controlled by a country club that failed to keep the parking lot safe, caused snow and ice to build up unnaturally in the parking lot, failed to remove the snow and ice or properly salt the area, and failed to warn guests about the snow and ice.
