Rapoport Law Offices, P.C., Reaches Partial Settlement in Workplace Injury Case

Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. announced it has settled with one of the two defendants sued arising out of a workplace accident in which the firm’s client sustained serious and permanent injuries to his left hand. The lawsuit alleges the factory worker’s injuries were caused by a defective machine. The settlement was reached with the company that had recently serviced the machine. The lawsuit will continue against the manufacturer of the machine.
