Rapoport Weisberg Sims & VanOverloop, PC. announced a $2.25 million settlement today of a product liability case involving a recreational accident resulting in substantial mobility loss. Joshua Weisberg served as lead counsel and this case settled shortly before trial. A confidentiality agreement prevents release of further details at this time.
