Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. has obtained a $300,000 settlement for a woman who fell while walking down a staircase at a Metra station in Chicago, injuring her knee and shoulder. The lawsuit alleged that the staircase and handrail were in an unsafe and defective condition.
