Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. announced a $3.65 million settlement today of a medical malpractice case against a dermatologist and an infectious disease physician in a lawsuit which alleged improper medications were used to treat psoriasis. The patient had other significant health issues that, in combination with the medication, resulted in brain injuries and related complications. David Rapoport served as lead counsel and this case settled shortly before trial. A confidentiality agreement prevents release of further details at this time.
