David Neiman has been appointed to serve on the boards of two separate organizations within the Illinois legal community.
He has been elected to the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Board of Managers. ITLA is the statewide organization for trial lawyers representing injured consumers and workers. Founded in 1952, the organization currently has over 2,000 members. In accepting this nomination, Mr. Neiman will take a leadership role in supporting the primary objectives of ITLA, which include striving to achieve and maintain high standards of professional ethics, competency and demeanor in the bench and bar; upholding the Constitution of the United States of America and the State of Illinois; securing and protecting the rights of those injured in their persons or civil rights; defending trial by jury and the adversarial system of justice; promoting fair, prompt and efficient administration of justice; and educating and training others in the art of advocacy.
Mr. Neiman has also been appointed to serve as a Council Member on the Young Lawyers Division of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). The Young Lawyers Division provides a resource for young lawyers practicing in Illinois to develop, enhance, and foster a balanced professional life while further serving the general public with a multitude of service projects.
