Last weekend, attorney David Rapoport attended the tenth annual retreat of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Leaders Forum. The retreat brings together a premier network of plaintiff attorneys from across the country.
The AAJ, formerly known as the American Trial Lawyers Association, was created in 1946 by a group of nine plaintiffs’ attorneys. Today, AAJ is the world’s largest trial bar. “The Mission of the American Association for Justice is to promote a fair and effective justice system and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.” AAJ membership includes an international coalition of attorneys, law professors, paralegals and law students. David Rapoport is proud to be a member of the Leaders Forum and AAJ’s distinguished group of trial lawyers and professionals.
