Rapoport Law Offices, P.C., Brings Lawsuit on Behalf of Patient Who Sustained Permanent Injuries Due to Nursing Negligence

Rapoport Weisberg Sims & VanOverloop brought a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, today against a hospital based on the negligent conduct of its nurses in failing to timely and properly monitor and respond to a patient’s internal bleeding in her left arm. As a result, the patient sustained a volar hematoma and compartment syndrome, and despite the emergency surgery that was eventually performed, the 51-year-old patient has been left with serious and permanent injuries.
