Rapoport Weisberg & Sims P.C. partners David E. Rapoport and Michael L. Teich, both of whom are Board Certified* in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA), have now also been awarded Board Certification in Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy, the newest attorney board certification program the American Bar Association has accredited.
The NBTA is the oldest and largest not-for-profit American Bar Association accredited trial attorney certification board in the United States. Mr. Rapoport is a member of the NBTA’s Board of Directors and currently serves as this not-for-profit corporation’s President Elect.
*Board certification is not required to practice law in Illinois, and the Illinois Supreme Court does not recognize specialties in the practice of law.
